I received a pin number / physical voucher when I bought the prepaid top up. How do I activate my purchased NJOI Prepaid voucher?

Easy! You can activate the prepaid credit via:

MyNJOI App
You may use the pin number / physical voucher at MyNJOI app on the top up page

NJOI WhatsApp
Message "Hi" to 03-9543 8100 and select "Redeem Voucher"

Note: The expiry date will be shown on the prepaid voucher. Customers need to check and activate the 16-digit-code before the expiry date.
