What are the payment methods available for NJOI customers?
NJOI customers can purchase Packs or top-ups using these payment methods:
a) Selected online banking merchants
b) Credit Card
c) E-wallet
d) Authorized dealers as listed here.
Note: Starting 31 December 2023 at 11.59pm, NJOI customers will no longer be able to make prepaid purchases or top-ups using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) or “Pay with Maxis”.
