What are the free channels include in NJOI?

Customers will receive 20+ free channels. To enjoy your favorite channels you can purchase your favorite packs via the MyNJOI app.

As a current NJOI customer, must I get the HD Pack?

It is your choice to purchase the HD pack. However, for better value, consider getting the Family, Popcorn, Sports Mega, Kids & Knowledge, or Maharaja pack, as the HD pack is included in these.

How do I check my bill for NJOI prepaid purchase?

NJOI customers will not receive bills. However, customers will be able to track all their purchases using the my NJOI app.

I am an existing NJOI customer with a prepaid balance of RM50. Due to technical issues with my NJOI box, I bought a new box and it was activated under a new NJOI account. Since I have a prepaid balance of RM50, will it be credited to my new account?

Yes, the prepaid balance can be transferred to your new NJOI account, provided that the new account is registered under the same customer details as the faulty NJOI box.
To request the balance transfer, please email wecare@astro.com.my and provide your old account number/smartcard number and new account number/smartcard number for verification and processing.
